Yay for the weekend and keeping things cool and casual! The springtime weather has been unpredictable so trying to dress appropriately is difficult. My moss green long length trench coat from Primark has been a great transitional item although I can’t rate it highly on the quality front. I can’t seem to iron the wrinkles out of the coat!
The plaid shirt I bought on sale last month in Matalan and I love the velvet collar detail and dipped length at the front and back. It goes great with my new black leggings from Wolford – which I have been super impressed by! Despite being too long for me they support my legs like nothing I’ve ever experienced before.
I began wearing leggings for the first time a year ago after discovering a pair in TK Maxx made with 10% spandex (it was a revelation) but these are even more impressive. These Velvet Forming Leggings feel more like wearing tights and you feel totally sucked in and supported by them. I definitely feel they make my legs look more defined and shapely. They are expensive as leggings go but they are a great investment if you are a big fan of leggings and will wear them all the time. Cheap leggings can often be so unflattering, loosing their shape quickly and looking less than appealing on your body.
I topped my outfit off with my black Chloe shades which I bought about three or four years in TK Maxx. They are huge but that’s why I love them!
Thank you to Wolford for sending me these leggings to wear and review.
